I will hunt you down... With a loud yawn Ivan would find himself stretching his long arms overhead as he then allowed them to come down palms smacking against his lap, the man would take another deep breath his powerful chest rising before it sunk back in to its neutral position his breathing returning to a steady rhythm. The silver haired man wore his usual attire, his great big coat that clung to his muscular figure flowed down to his ankles, no shirt at the bottom left the entire physique bare for all to see, with a pair of torn dirty pants that would end at the ankles where a pair of rugged dark boots decorated his feet. Ivan would yawn once more leaning his back his head as he allowed the soft winds to caress his exposed skin. The broken cleaver as always remained within close proximity leaning hilt first on the side of the bench near the arm rest which his right forearm was anchored on, many of the civilians that walked by would eye the man. Quiet whispers escaping them, he would catch some of the words causing him to open his eyes a pair of golden orbs looking around at the gossipers, it seemed rumors had already began to spread since his arrival at this place Ivan was not entirely surprised he did just appear in this place over night, and was suddenly working at the local Inn that Lelage owned.
A smirk tugged at the corner of his lips, he found it amusing how some of the people here would eye him he definitely did not look like the typical scrawny kid who swept the floors at an inn, or cleaned the windows. With a deep sigh Ivan would glance down at the ground his eyes focused on the path that people walked, and his mind wandering back to that night when he met Lelage. The battle was fierce, the mark was no man but a titanic beast that almost took his life; it was in the middle of these thoughts that his eyes would look up from the ground glaring to the horizon where the dense wilderness lay undisturbed. He knew that soon the sun would set, and the beasts from the wilds would run free, it was there that he knew that creature was waiting the one whose eye he had taken. The silver haired male would only chuckle before saying, "One day, I will claim my prize" he whispered as he leaned his head back once more allowing his eyes to shut, and his senses to enjoy the caress of the gentle gust.

Never trust a book's cover It was getting late and she had taken her time crossing the wilds. Not like it disturbed her, Jasmin had grown used to spending time with the wild creatures and ever since she had perfected her own illusion, foxes had grown more than fond to her. She had even learned how to talk with them slightly with time, even if not much. Finally reaching the town, Jasmin’s eyes traveled around as she tried to make sense of where was what in the place, even if the staring on her had already started.
The long hair was loose until it hit half way down her back and became tied in a braid and her outfit was, needless to say, out of the ordinary. She had handcrafted it herself, to an exotic looking style in shades of red and white that fit snuggly around her form and a pair of shoes with straps going up her legs to hold them in. Nine white tails flicked behind her and the two black wears on top of her head would move occasionally as she sighed.
Another average day for her to be honest. Jasmin had grown used to the attention, to the point she enjoyed it, even if sometimes it was comments on how odd she looked. The girl would keep walking across town to try and find a place to snatch a meal and somewhere to sleep with little coin she had left. Tomorrow performing might just be her task; she could use a bit more funds. And still… No new leads. Ten years, a whole decade…. Was she an aunt now and not aware of it? Had they died? Why had they never bothered to find her?
Then again finding her was harder than just that, she looked like a completely different person after all. It was when she reached close to where there seemed to be a silver haired man that three males, already drunk off their asses would stand in front of her “Hey there pretty lady, how ‘bout you join us fer a drink?”.
Drunks… Jasmin hated drunks with a heavy dark passion as she growled a bit under her breath, trying to be polite “No thank you sir, I have other things to attend to…” she’d reply politely for one of the guys to reach over and groped her ass. Jasmin jumped a bit before quickly roundhouse kicking the guy across the side of the head and looked him over “Don’t you dare touch me again you drunk baboon!” she’d yell out. Unfortunately so she wasn’t that physically strong and she was about to get into a lot of troubles right there and then unless someone helped her… The two guys were laughing and chuckling, more so a result of what they were thinking of more than likely doing to her and the third one was already getting up.
Jasmin was about to do something when one of them grabbed her arm, causing her to drop the bag she carried with her and chuckle “You shouldn’t have done that cutie, now we get to exact revenge” he’d say, holding her back against his chest and licked her cheek, causing the girl to shiver in pure rage is disgust over what this drunken slob had in mind… and his breath… was making her even more pissed now with how heavy it reeked of alcohol.

I will hunt you down... The man was lost in his own thoughts, his head hung low as he sat there his ears however soon were disturbed by a wild commotion not so far away from him golden eyes would look up to see three men, the drunkards from earlier he had gambled with. Yet, there was something new there the men seemed to be harassing someone, Ivan remained still as he watched the small petite creature react with a surprising amount of speed, she delivered a bold kick to one of the mens face. Ivan remained still, figuring she had it covered those drunks needed their ass kicked anyway just as he was about to take his eyes from the scene though he would sigh at the events that unfolded next. "Bit off more than she could chew" he commented, with a very lazy, and steady move to his body the man rose from the bench his towering size looming over a few citizens who were walking by. The people watched the drunks harass the girl but none would say a word, with a shake of the head Ivan grabbed hold of his cleavers hilt "Cowards" he commented as he rose the cleaver up then pushing it into the respective scabbard which held the broken blade in place on his back. With a calm steadiness to his step the silver haired hunter walked towards the group, it was time to settle things down they had disturbed his relaxation time.
Without much care he would shove between the two men, "Excuse me" he said as he stepped well within striking range of all three, the men eyed Ivan with confused looks but their stupid stalling was what would be their downfall. In one swift movement the towering hunter jerked his hips back towards the man to his left using the point of his elbow to smash into the mans face, the result was the drunk stumbling back wildly his arms flailing everywhere, and his body meeting the ground with a solid slam; blood spilled from his now broken nose. The other man that the girl had kicked originally would be next, Ivan stepped in taking advantage of the slowed reflexes from the drunk he would strike the man with one solid hay maker across the face, again the drunk went down hard this time not getting up. With both men down Ivan sighed turning towards the drunk, "Alright let the girl go" he said the drunk would look around seeing that neither of his companions was even conscious anymore, with a grumble he would push the girl to the side "Fi--" before he could finish however Ivan's boot would find its wave to the mans chest.
Throwing his entire body weight behind the kick Ivan knocked the man back forcing his body to violently slam against the ground, with all three down for the count he turned his golden eyes towards the woman; around them the crowd whispered amongst themselves. "So that's that guy that works are Lelage's inn?" a man asked the crowd eying the hunter with concern, and intrigue in their eyes. "Well aren't you interesting...." Ivan said eying the woman from top to bottom, never quite having seen a creature like her in his days of travel; with a motion of his head he beckoned the woman to follow him. "Come along, I'll take you somewhere safe where you can relax, and we can maybe talk?" he asked as he started walking leaving his offer on the table if she wanted to take it she could follow him. Glancing over his shoulder at the girl he waved towards her to follow, "You need a place to sleep no?" he questioned as he walked towards an inn in the distance, Lelage's inn to be exact.
"Lelage...must keep busy with all these weirdos wandering into her inn" a woman said shaking her head as she eyed the violent hunter, and the young fox girl.

Never trust a book's cover While on any other opportunity she would’ve used her illusions to save her from this situation, the current positioning of hers did not allow her to do such with how she was being held in place, only to see someone reach over and beat the two drunks first. She was about to take care of the one that held her now but when she was pushed to the side, she’ had to focus on rolling on the ground before stopping on her feel, her tails wiggling behind her as she glared at few of the villagers.
The girl hated how people behaved, just showed how much they didn’t care for what the god of the land offered to those he deemed worthy. It was clear these people did not care for it at all. The girl would stand up, dusting herself off slowly before looking over to the man. She would give him a slight bow “Thank you for the help…” she’d say, politely and actually a bit grateful he had stepped in, only to reach over and grabbing her bag with her things.
She was about to speak again when he would ask her to follow him. Well it wasn’t like her to say no to an invitation, especially after he seemed interested in how she looked instead of calling her something out there. With a smile she’d follow him and after they were getting close to the Inn, she’d speak out “You didn’t have to help but I am grateful…” she’d admit. Sometimes the look she had was more of a hazard than a blessing but last time she dispelled the illusion, she had been unable of staring at her own reflection for longer than ten seconds before putting the layer of illusion back on.
After they were far enough from where the commotion happened, she’d stop and looked at him “Can I ask you your name if it’s okay?” she’d ask, feeling a bit curious about him right now besides he had just been nice enough to talk with her like this.

I will hunt you down... The girl would accept his offer making the man nod with a smile decorating his features as he marched along making his way towards the inn, and away from the judgmental crowd when the girl spoke he raised a hand waving off her thank you. "No need for that, those men needed an ass kicking you just gave me a reason to do it" he said to her as he continued to walk, when he reached inn door the hunter would grip the handle to pull it open, before he did though he turned towards the fox woman. "Ivan Sahale" he said to her with a nod of the head, "Your name?" he asked as he pulled the door open for them stepping in, the inns lounge a bit crowded but he was making his way to his room. So as to not lose the woman in the crowd he reached back a hand grabbing hers as he motioned with his head towards the stairs, leading her there his hand gripping her with his fingers wrapped around her soft hand. He would look around not noticing Lelage anywhere, shrugging it off he figured she was busy with some stuff walking up the stairs Ivan would lead the woman down the hall releasing her hand at some point so he could open the door to his room.
Stepping in he welcomed the woman in, "You can make yourself at home, here. There is a private bath in there, and you can go ahead sleep on the bed. Also, try not to run into anymore drunks yeah?" he said to her with a chuckle as he walked towards the window spreading the curtains to let some air in as well as some sunlight. "I will talk to Lelage get you a room by tonight, for now feel free to use mine. Lelage is the owner of the inn by the way, kind person she will aid all in need" looking down from the window his eyes spotted the three drunks they had woken up, and stumbled off to the table where they found themselves drinking again, the hunter shook his head. Without looking away from the window he asked, "So what brought you to Blaikfurd? Surely your purpose is not to tease men with your body" he commented with a light chuckle. The hunter would take his eyes from the window turning towards the woman, his golden eyes focused on her features as he waited for her answer. She wasn't so bad on the eyes, unique too...he was curious as to where she came from, and why she was a fox pretty much...the man could not help but wonder.

Never trust a book's cover The girl heard his response, giggling a bit. She was very friendly, even though she had just met him. She would nod “Jasmin… Jasmin Nyström.” She’d say with a smile before walking into the Inn with him. It was noisy, her ears started to flicker around as she tried to access the situation but it was a bit obnoxious. She’d feel his rough hand grab hers and she wouldn’t fight it, considering she’d trust him enough to let him guide her, not to say she owed him one. They’d go upstairs and he’d take her into his room for now. She was grateful but… why was he acting so nice? Jasmin had grown used to being the kind of person that was shunned no matter what…
Then came the speaking from his part, for the most part she’d remain quiet until she was done before speaking up “I’d like to pay for it but I’m not sure I got enough coin presently… but I got ways I can make it up to her… I am a wandering artist after all” she’d say before closing her eyes for a moment and sighed. Why was she here? Simple “No I’m not here to tease men with my body, but by the looks of it you seem to be interested considering you did not call me a freak or anything of the sorts” she’d say before smiling a bit “No… I’m looking for some people… have been for a few years now but the search has proven to be more than unfruitful” she’d admit with a soft sigh

I will hunt you down... The man would listen to her words staying entirely quiet as she spoke, when she mentioned him being interested the towering male would be quick to try to assure that such was not the case but then again he had brought her to his room, but it was not for the reasons she may be thinking! "Interested?...I no..not at all it is not like that...I just know what its like, to be new somewhere..." he cleared his throat as he reached over pulling the side of his coat off revealing the stitch job that Lelage had done on his shoulder a few days prior. "A few nights ago, I stumbled upon this inn in the dead of night, Lelage the owner she saved me, and nursed me back to health. She showed a total stranger a kindness that I had not earned, if there is one thing I have learned in my time here it is that at times it is best to lend a helpful hand rather than turn the other way..." he would pause, taking his eyes from his rather large stitching that scarred across his powerful shoulder. Hiding the wound again under his coat his golden eyes stared back at Jasmin, "I helped you because you were in need, my motives were not driven by physical lust for your body. My kindness comes from the example I was given by the owner of this Inn, a quality I admire in Lelage, and will try to duplicate when I can" he would reassure the girl hoping his explanation cleared it all up.
"As for you search..." he would walk towards the door closing it shut, turning to Jasmin he would eye the much shorter girl his golden eyes meeting with hers; "Tell me more about it, these people you seek. Are they enemies? Family? Have you any information on them that would help?" he asked as he walked towards the wardrobe he had in the room, Ivan opened the drawer pulling out a leather bound notebook, and a pen he looted off a corpse once. "Also...don't worry about the room, I will talk to Lelage like I said, we can all come to an agreement" he said as he waited for the girl to give him some sort of description. It had been so long since he had hunted, this was the chance he was looking for to head out of this town for a bit allow himself to wander back into the open world. This could be the excitement he felt he had been missing these passed few days, Lelage perhaps would not be so happy to know he planned to leave when not fully healed but he needed it, his wild instincts were going crazy; he was like a caged lion here.

Never trust a book's cover The girl would shake her head and chuckled “Well you’re a first…” she’d say before swapping to a more calm demeanor, reaching for the edge of the bed and sitting down, her left ear flicking a bit as she heard him explain. The inn owner did seem nice indeed from what he was telling her and she seemed to trust Ivan enough to let him explain it all to her. Soon enough she’d close her eyes shut and sighed heavily “…Who… they are uh?”
She would give off a deep sigh “….They’re my brothers. Four of them…” she’d say before looking back up “When I was younger I did not look like this…. But that’s beyond the point. My brothers left the house about a decade ago to go find fame and fortune, leaving me with my parents. My dad passed away a year after that and my mother three years after that…. I was forced to leave my home by a landlord and… I’d rather not tell you what happened afterwards for now…” she’d say, trying her best to avoid the simple fact of how she ended up looking like she did out of respect for whom had given her such a gift, not out of fear.
Even so Jasmin’s eyes looked up “…All of them have dark raven hair like mine and their last name is Nyström… where they are and what they do I really don’t know anymore…” she’d be honest as she sighed heavily. The girl seemed a bit agitated now as she looked back at him and smiled weakly “There you heard my life story…. Hope you liked it” she’d say weakly before closing her eyes and giggling a bit
The girl would then get back up, reaching for her bag and opening it, only to freeze for a moment as she went wide eyed. She pulled out a flute but it was… broken in two “…Crap…” she’d whisper. That flute was her main source of income for her performances.

I will hunt you down... The girl did not have much for him to go on when it came to searching for her siblings, but at the same time Ivan could understand despite his past decisions he knew the importance of family how strong those bonds could be. It was difficult even after all these years he sometimes found himself lost in thoughts of his home, wondering how things where going, wondering how the tribe was doing. A heavy weight pulled the mans heart down when he thought of these things, but it was something he had become quite good at hiding without much else he listened to the girls final words. Catching her last statement which made his brow raise in confusion, walking over the man looked down at the flute she held in her hands which had been snapped in two; surely occurring during the little scuffle outside. Ivan eyed the piece knowing there was no way to fix it, at least not any way he knew of reaching into the large pockets of his coat he would produce a small pouch. Turning it over Ivan would let three coins fall out, the silver "There is a shop, a man that sells many items there. Perhaps he has a flute we can buy from him, come let's go, and we can discuss your brothers as well" he would say to the girl turning from her to begin to make his way to the door.
Once outside the two would make their way to the town, again pushing through the dense crowd in the tavern below; Ivan hoped he could speak to Lelage soon. With the two out on the street, some eyes stared at them the eyes of the passerby who had witnessed the fight earlier, frowning at them Ivan ignored the curious eyes, turning he gestured towards Jasmin "Come on". As he led the way to the shop he mentioned, he would double back to the topic about the girls siblings; "You have little information to go on..." was the first comment he made pausing as he allowed his words to sink in. He knew that to find someone you need to know practically everything you could, but part of the challenge was gathering decent information on the target to Ivan these were possible marks. "...however it is possible to find them, your last name unless they have changed it, we can use it to track them. Ask around, find connections, anything that would lead to them" he would say to the girl as he stopped suddenly turning towards her the towering male focusing his golden orbs on her petite figure.
"You are a curious fox, so before you ask. I am helping you because I understand what its like to be alone, what its like to set off to find something, and find yourself lost without anyone to guide you. In this sense we are similar to an extent, so this is why I have made the decision to invest my time, and offer my services to aid you in the search of your siblings..." his big right hand would rise from his sides for a shake from the petite fox girl. "I am a bounty hunter, and I find my marks always" as soon as he said that he heard a taunting chuckle echo in his hand, masking the anger that usually accompanied the memories of 'her'. This time though he would smirk, looking down at Jasmin "Besides, this way I have an excuse to leave this place for some excitement" he commented with a chuckle waiting for the girl to take his hand. As much as he liked it here, he knew deep down his instincts were hungry for freedom; he needed to be back out there where he could be what he is meant to be, a hunter.

Never trust a book's cover The man would talk about goingto the shop to get her a new instrument “N-No its okay!” she’d say. A bit late however as she started to go down the stairs with him and out the building with him. Jasmin wasn’t fond of being a bother; she had no choice if the man was just going to force her to let him help her out…. Sigh. Giving up, the fox would nod and slowly looked at him “Uh a bounty hunter? That’s a nice job truth be told… I’m more of an explorer and wandering artist… I usually use my artistic wits to make some money…” she’d say before looking around
As they crossed the town, the two of them would cross by a more alley like area and the girl would giggle before pushing him into it. In a swift movement she’d pus him against the wall, trying her best not to injure his shoulder as she giggled “…You know… I’m rather fond of strong… handsome men… but I’m more fond of men who actually know that women are more than just object of desire…” she’d say before looking around for a moment and then leaned up, her lips rather dangerously close to his lips “I know you’re not interested in me that way… But if you ever are… Let me know ok? I wouldn’t feel right if I didn’t pay you back somehow for just wanting to help me after all…” she’d say, her tails trailing his arms before the fox pulled back and smiled softly.
She would then do a full three hundred and sixty turn on her heels and giggled, looking at him with those bright amber eyes of hers.
