Tacey is reserved and plays things close to the chest. She has myriad acquaintances, some in the Guardians of Aquavia, others within the council and under her command. Her closest friendships, however, would probably be with people only tangentially related to the government, not bound by bureaucracy. She's drawn to people with a sense of humor and adventure, anyone with the ability to entertain her. To her friends, she's loyal and playful, supportive of their ideas and willing to go along with them.

ENEMIES

She is both opinionated and adamant. Many of her enemies are people with ideological differences, particularly regarding the use of gifted individuals. While she's generally well regarded by the public, those affiliated with the government tend to be more wary of her. She has true enmity for few people and she loathes, beyond a doubt, the group who assassinated her aunt.

OTHER

Anyone with an exciting cause or just an exciting night out is enough of a reason for her to meet with them. She's most likely aro, but she likes to have a good time where she can. I'm open to ideas with her - she has a hand in a lot of pots, but is heavily invested in Aquavia's human-based experiments, and intelligence division, so, hey, if you need an authority figure at some point, she's here.
